We offer you with an option to join a panel, participate in surveys conducted by us or third parties (both as a panel member and a non-panel member), access panel-related websites and applications, and earn rewards and incentives. This privacy policy describes how we will make use of your information in the context of Market Xcel website and Market Xcel’s marketing, sales and advertising practices.
Your use of the Application/Services is completely voluntary and therefore our processing of your PII in connection with the Application/Services and this Privacy Policy is with your consent.
Surveys administered by third parties and the data collected in connection therewith are not subject to this Privacy Policy. Registration with, use of, and access to our Services is subject to Terms and Conditions.

8. How long does Market Xcel retain my information?

Market Xcel may retain your data up till six months from the date of completion of services for a legitimate business interest where business benefit is not outweighed by your personal rights and freedoms.

Can children use our websites and apps?

Market Xcel Services are not intended for minors under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you may use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.
