A self-confessed thinker, writer and scotch lover, Vishal's venture into Market Research started in 1996. He holds a degree in accounting from the University of Delhi and counts some of India's biggest Market Research names amongst the agencies under his belt. A good cook and a family man, Vishal sees Market Research as a very powerful tool to collect valuable information to find out if there is a market for a proposed product or service. With the great abilities within the entire market research domain, he simply is a genius when it comes to making practical data driven interpretations. Vishal is a born leader and his brand vision has played a key role in creating the structure for organized and efficient business. He is the Co-founder and also one of the Directors at Market Xcel.
Ashwani, a master degree holder in accounts, kicked off his career in 1997 in the Indian Market Research Industry. He drives the research unit and is also one of the directors at Market Xcel.
Ashwani has worked at many of the leading Market Research agencies in India including IMRB and Greenfield Online Research in past. He has great abilities within the entire market research domain, right from client relationship management, research designs to data processing and business interpretation of analyzed data. He is one of the best when it comes to making practical data driven interpretations using sparse market data. Ashwani has managed various large and multi-location studies apart from handling diverse clients across sectors.
Kapil currently is the Vice President Client Servicing where he is responsible for developing and building new customer base and nurturing business with the current clients in Indian Market. He manages a team that works directly with the clients to execute in-country projects for data & tabs.
Kapil started his career from the root with Market Xcel in 2000 and also handles the oldest SBU of Market Xcel.
Having passed various stages of market research to reach this level, he is now a true genius of his work and an inspiration for the team. A moving directory is what he is known as for his sharp memory.
Aakash currently is the Vice President for International Business where he is responsible for developing and building new customer base and nurturing business with the current clients. In addition, he manages a team that works directly with the clients to execute large, multi-mode and multi-country projects. Aakash started his career in 2001 and has more than sixteen years of experience in the Indian and global market research industry.
Prior to joining Market Xcel, Aakash was the Manager – Research Operations at Springboard Research (recently acquired by Forrester Research) and was responsible for overall custom research operations of Springboard´s Global Research Centre, including managing ongoing research projects, working directly with clients to understand their needs. Before this, Aakash was a Sampling Coordinator for Greenfield Online (now Toluna), leading provider of Internet Survey Solutions. There he was involved in day to day operations of the team and helped in developing and testing of the ´Real Time Sampling´ concept, along with playing a pivotal role in developing advanced tools for managing panel usage. Aakash has also worked with the IMRB International field operations team. This role included coordinating with research and analysis team across India and helped Aakash gain exposure to B2B, IT, consumer, social and telecom research. Aakash earned his Honours degree in Business Economics from the University of Delhi and is currently pursuing a Masters in Computer Application from IGNOU, New Delhi.
Raaj, with a Bachelor degree in accounting, stepped in to the Indian Market Research Industry in 2000. Being one of the best management experts in our team, he holds the designation of AVP- Projects at Market Xcel.
Raaj has a demonstrated history of working in the Market Research field in India. A disciplined professional and a die-hard cricket fan are the best suited phrases for him. Passionate about art and literature, Raaj loves to perform at theatres and paint his heart out on the canvas. He, being a travel bug, always has his bags packed on holidays. His association with Market Xcel has brought strength and positivity to the entire team.
Shailendra, at Market Xcel, is the AVP Finance where he is responsible for directing all aspects of accounting operations and ensuring that records are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. He holds a Master degree in Commerce and an ICWAI certification which he got right after he completed his intermediate. Shailendra started his career in 2004 and his industry experience has contributed in making him a genius of his field. Passionate about literature and travel, Shailendra has emerged as an amazing mentor when it comes to bringing values and skills in the team. At Market Xcel, he is well known as the man with a sharp memory and keen business mind.
Sapna is currently working as Manager Marketing and started her career with Market Xcel in 2006. She is responsible for creating new prospects to the company, lead generation both domestic and International markets and introducing the company to the clients, relationship development. Prior to research she has worked with BPO′s and holds a Bachelor′s degree in Arts from IGNOU University. Across her tenure she has graduated in house from Marketing to Client servicing and coordinating among different SBUs within the company.
